Meet our team

Ben Ielmorini
Raised on a Nicasio Dairy, Ben Ielmorini started RHE in 2019. Continuing to build on his years of electrical experience, he also has background knowledge in many other trades from working on the ranch. He can be found most often showing off a quick smile in a white Prius. Ben focuses on every aspect of the company and will make sure you love our technicians and are enthusiastic about your end result of any project. When not working on RHE projects, which is not often, he strives to think of ways to make RHE even better, to put us at the top of your list for electrical contractors.
Ray
Ray comes to us with a great electrical background and a can-do attitude. He understands the science of electricity better than anyone I know, and is a walking code book. If there is a code question or an especially difficult technical install we are facing, Ray is who everyone turns to for advice. We are happy to have him part of our team! When not at work, Ray likes to enjoy some family time with his wife and two kids at his home in Sonoma county.
Chris

Chris is the newest member of our team, and is a quick learner! He is impressing the rest of his coworkers by always being positive and working hard, even when facing a challenge. Chris comes to us from Santa Rosa CA with a background in new builds and construction. We’re grateful for his determination and consistency in his work ethic. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his fiance and daughter.

Neyko
Neyko is one of the top members of our team. We used to be friends as young kids growing up before his family chose to travel abroad for much of Neyko’s younger years. Well now he is back and part of the crew! It has been fun having him with us and watching his skillset grow and sharpen every day, as well as teaching the younger guys all the tricks and code. In his free time he likes to chef it up big time, trying new creations anytime he can.
Cole
Cole joined our team because he wanted to learn the basics of electrical, and he has far exceeded learning just that! He can learn anything by just seeing it done once, and is an expert at both electrical work and customer service. Cole comes from an agricultural background in Sonoma county, and when not at work he likes to work part time farming and harvesting local silage or hay.
Wyatt
Wyatt is a long time friend and one of our top electricians. He can handle anything from small residential work to large commercial jobs. He is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and doing detailed work. We are very grateful to have him on the team!
Tanner

Here we have Tanner! Tanner is the our best (and only) apprentice with the most happy face you’ll find! He has the can do attitude needed to be an apprentice and is always ready to help his superiors – even when he has to get his hands dirty. He is smart, hard working, and has the best sense of humor. If you need help lifting anything heavy when we come do a job, ask Tanner!
